Hello :)
It's been a busy few weeks for me...but it's been filled with lots and lots of music! Some exciting events have taken place including...
1) I've started working at Rox Music Academy in Halesowen, teaching keyboards lessons to people. It's a wonderful opportunity to help others to learn and develop a passion for music! We have our Halloween parties coming soon too... so if you're interested in either lessons or the parties don't hesitate to get in contact!
2) Performing at The Boat in Penkridge and at No Covers Club in Birmingham...
I have had the chance to perform alongside the brilliant Brains For Breakfast a few times in the past few weeks. Both have been brilliant nights...although I had been recovering from a cold, and had a stage invasion (my first) at one of the events XD All good fun! And I hope to get more opportunities to perform with these talented musicians I get the pleasure to call my good friends :)

3) The return of the open mic...
The monthly open mic event at The Three Horseshoes in West Brom took place Tuesday 10th October. The pub was packed out for another wonderful night of local, live music and musicians. It's always a pleasure to be involved in this event and hopefully it'll continue to grow and attract more musicians :) I got to perform a song with my best friend Sarah Harwood also, which was lovely!
4) Next up is the charity event at The Three Horseshoes, Sunday 15th October, where I'll be performing some songs along with Brains For Breakfast and Tom from West Brom. It's all in aid of a wonderful charity and hopefully we'll raise a lot of money for Cuddle Cots stillborn babies charity!
How have your weeks been? Have a lovely weekend and hopefully see you at a gig soon ;)
Love,
Emma :)
